Bloom is a live classroom. Every meal service is a live lab where students are graded on their performance and ability to understand and carry out customer service techniques.
Students are given the opportunity to practice a high level of service to paying customers, making the customer service real and important. The dining room simulation is authentic, preparing students for the real world.
Our guests are treated to quality food at a fraction of the cost compared to other restaurants. Guests are supporting student education simply by treating themselves to a well prepared, served meal.
