Conestoga’s student-run restaurant
Located at Conestoga College’s Waterloo campus, Bloom is an interactive live classroom where students are given the opportunity to practice a high level of service to paying guests. The experience is real and exciting for both students and guests.

From September 8 to December 19, we welcome walk-in guests to our café, open Tuesday through Friday. Enjoy a selection of house-made pastries, soups, sandwiches, weekly feature entrées, and full beverage service, available for dine-in or takeout.
